Any type of Benefit/s by any means derived from infonid.com whether in the monetary terms or otherwise if valuable/chargeable, should be paid / payable to our official bank account only using transfer or bank cheque only. Chargeable Value of the desired benefits can be discussed with the infonid.com by communicating at contact@infonid.com. Payment or benefits transferred/made except this stated means will be unlawful, illegal & treated as fraud with the management entity of infonid.com

INFONID.COM does not charge any fee for browsing or replying. Premium Listing fees are charged to the users who use the Premium Feature for listing their classifieds. We reserve the right to change the fee structure. We may introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the site. The fee paid by you to avail the Premium Feature will not be refundable. If the posting/listing/advertisement/banner is found as fraud/irrelevant, we will delete the ad/listing/posting and for that infonid.com will NOT REFUND the received amount/money, in any circumstances.

Interference

INFONID.COM and User/s are independent contractors and this agreement or the use of INFONID.COM services does not imply any partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisee-franchise relationship.

Indemnity

The User/s agrees to defend, indemnify and hold INFONID.COM and all its affiliates harmless from all claims and expenses including attorney's fees, arising out of the use of INFONID.COM by the user.

Technical Glitches

INFONID.COM offers 100% risk free classifieds and postings in the sense that the listing has not a legal binding nature. In case of a technical glitch, INFONID.COM reserves the right to stop, restart, or cancel any listing at any time, including before, during and after.

Salvadorian Clause
